Add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge.

As newborn babes, desireth the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby.

Because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee.

But thou, O daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.

Canst thou by searching find out God?

Get wisdom, get understanding: forget it not.

Have the gates of death been opened unto thee? or hast thou seen the doors of the shadow of death?

Have ye not known? have ye not heard? hath it not been told you from the beginning?

He that hath knowledge spareth his words: and a man of understanding is of an excellent spirit.

I had not known lust, except the law had said, Thou shalt not covet.
